  SmarterTrack is a robust support Help Desk, Ticket System, Live Chat, Cost Analysis, Data Mining, Knowledge Base, Reporting and Analytics, and Event-driven software application delivered through an elegant web interface.
  
  This bundle will allow our users to easily integrate our project management software with a state-of-the-art Help Desk module. "We are very excited to partner with SmarterTools.   Tip of the Month

  Q: Is there an easier way to log time other than entering it manually at the end of the day?
  A: Yes! Version 5.2 features a web timer that will automatically track your time while you work. Simply select a project and activity, click "Start" and then "Stop" and your time will be logged. You can access the web timer feature from the Quick Panel on the left.
