New Features in Easy Projects .NET 5.2

After much hard work and deliberation, we are happy to announce the release of Easy Projects .NET Version 5.2! New and updated features include:

Web-Timer

Users can now track time while they work. Like a stopwatch, the web-timer creates time entries as soon as users press stop - simply select a project and activity, and time will be logged automatically.

Custom Fields for Companies and Users

Similar to custom fields for projects and tasks, users can now create custom fields for companies and users. Define instant messenger IDs, internal rates, anything you need!

Search Projects by ID

For organizations who find it easier to search projects or activities by ID rather than name - this new feature makes it possible. Type the project ID into the search box and pull up your project just like that.

Dashboard Customization

As in a car, the dashboard allows you to monitor crucial elements and we want to give you the option to choose what you see. Using the drop-down menu, choose what fields to show under each section.

Custom Fields for Filters

Our existing filters were based on default fields, but having expanded the custom fields function, we thought it was only fair that you could filter based on the custom fields that you have created!

Gantt Chart

As promised, Gantt charts have been updated. Similar to the MS Projects Gantt, the new charts create a visualization of activity dependencies, hierarchy, and progress - you will like what you see!

Messages and Attachments Flag for Project

How do you keep track of which projects contain messages and attachments? With the messages and attachments flag, icons will now depict the answer - clear and simple.

Highlighting of Overdue Tasks and Projects

We'd all love if our projects ran smoothly 100% of the time, but once in a while things inevitably fall behind. This new feature highlights overdue items so you can focus to fix them quickly.
